1. How can I view the profile of one of your members? |
|

|
|
|
If you are a registered member of itzamatch, you can view another member's profile by clicking on the View Profile icon within the Search Results Box. If you are not yet an itzamatch member, you will be required to register before you can view. |

2. How can I chat with a member? |
|
|
|
|
|
You can only chat with another member if you are a registered member of itzamatch. This can only be answered once we have decided on the options for enjoying the Chat service. |

3. How can I email a member? |
|
|
|
|
|
You can only email another member if you are a paid member of itzamatch. You can do this by clicking on the "Email this User" icon within the Search Results box. If you want to send emails to members, you will be prompted to register first. |

4. How can I wink at a member? |
|
|
|
|
|
You can only email another member if you are a registered member of itzamatch. You can do this by clicking on the "Wink at this User" icon within the Search Results box. If you want to wink at a member, you will be prompted to register first. |

5. How can I post a testimonial for someone? |
|
|
|
|
|
If you are a registered itzamatch user and you want to post a testimonial for another member, just click on the "Read Testimonial" icon within the Search Results Box which will lead you to a page where not only can you view all his testimonials but post a new one as well. Just click on the "Post a Testimonial" button and you're good to go. Note: You have to be a registered member to post a testimonial. |

6. Can I see more photos of someone? |

Yes, you can view a user's photo gallery by clicking on the "Show more Photos" icon within the Search Results Box. Even unregistered members can view a member's photos. |

7. What is the difference between Getting Searched and Getting Matched? |
|
|
|
|
|
When you are either an unregistered or registered user, you can only enjoy one-way searching by providing us information on your preferences. For Registered users, you get to have a Personal Profile with a photo. Registered members also get the benefit of providing much more specific information on the person/s they want to make friends or get matched with. This facilitates the "Matching" process where we pin down those preferences to the last specific detail for a more comprehensive matching experience. |
